We are currently searching for a full-time parts manager for our maintenance shop to work alongside 12+ diesel mechanics.

Responsibilities:

  • Work closely with the maintenance team to keep accurate records of inventory levels
  • Coordinate use of parts and equipment throughout the shop
  • Purchase tools and equipment, then organize shipments and examine for quality and accuracy
  • Stage parts and equipment for work orders and PM (preventative maintenance)
  • Keep purchase orders organized, while maintaining a clean work environment in the parts area

Qualifications:

  • Good understanding of maintenance systems, preferably working with diesel trucks
  • Strong attention to detail and maintaining organization
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality with business related information
  • Proficiency working with Microsoft Office and general computer programs
  • Prior inventory or maintenance experience is strongly preferred
  • CDL A or B is helpful, but not required
  • Active Drivers License is required
