Purchasing Manager | Naples, Florida, United States Job Summary: Purchasing Manager - Naples, FL (Hybrid) | Indotronix About the Role Indotronix is searching for an experienced Purchasing Manager to join our team in Naples, FL, supporting a direct client in the rapidly growing payments and technology hardware space. As a Purchasing Manager, you will oversee the procurement of POS terminals, payment devices, and networking equipment-managing approximately $5 million in annual purchases. This is a contract-to-hire opportunity, offering the chance to make a significant impact on supply chain effectiveness and operational success. Responsibilities - Oversee end-to-end procurement of hardware and installation materials for POS and Merchant Services deployments. - Manage annual equipment purchases totaling up to $5 million, including POS terminals, payment devices, peripherals, and networking equipment. - Negotiate with vendors to ensure cost-effective, timely acquisition of goods and services. - Maintain optimal inventory levels to support installations, field service operations, and customer onboarding. - Collaborate cross-functionally with Sales, Implementation, Finance, and Technical Support teams to align purchasing strategies with business objectives. - Drive supply chain continuity, cost control, and vendor relationship management.
