Job Summary

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage purchasing activities for food, beverage, equipment, and operational supplies.
  • Maintain appropriate inventory levels to support daily operations and event needs.
  • Develop purchasing forecasts based on event schedules, historical usage, and business demands.
  • Build and maintain vendor relationships to ensure product quality, competitive pricing, and timely delivery.
  • Monitor purchasing costs and identify opportunities to improve efficiencies and reduce expenses.
  • Partner with culinary, warehouse, concessions, premium, and operations teams to anticipate product and supply needs.
  • Oversee inventory controls, including cycle counts, month-end inventory, product rotation, and variance reporting.
  • Review purchase orders, invoices, deliveries, and receiving documentation for accuracy.
  • Resolve vendor, delivery, product quality, and inventory discrepancies in a timely manner.
  • Ensure compliance with Levy purchasing procedures, food safety requirements, and storage standards.
  • Analyze purchasing and inventory data to identify usage trends, control waste, and support financial goals.
  • Support and develop purchasing and warehouse team members while maintaining accountability for departmental standards.

Preferred Qualifications

  • 3+ years of purchasing, procurement, supply chain, inventory management, or related experience.
  • Experience in a high-volume food and beverage, hospitality, sports, or entertainment environment preferred.
  • Experience managing vendor relationships, purchasing processes, and inventory controls.
  • Working knowledge of procurement and inventory management systems.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Office.
  • Experience analyzing inventory, purchasing, and financial reports.
  • Knowledge of food and beverage products, product rotation, storage, and food safety standards.
  • Experience with budgeting, cost controls, forecasting, and waste reduction.
  • Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business, Hospitality Management, or a related field preferred.
