Fat Tuesday is looking for a Multi-Unit Manager to oversee 1–4 high-energy

location/s. This role is ideal for a hospitality leader who thrives in fast-paced

environments and knows how to balance great guest experiences with strong

operational control.

What You’ll Do:

  • Oversee daily operations, staffing, and performance across multiple locations
  • Control labor, inventory, cash handling, and cost of goods
  • Train, coach, and develop high-performing teams
  • Ensure brand standards, food safety, and alcohol compliance
  • Drive guest satisfaction, sales growth, and operational excellence

What We’re Looking For:

  • 21+ years of age
  • 3–5 years of hospitality experience; 1–3 years in hospitality management
  • Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills
  • Ability to work flexible schedules and travel between locations
  • ServSafe Manager Certification (required)
