We are looking for a motivated and organized Purchasing & Inventory Assistant to join our growing manufacturing team. This position supports purchasing operations, inventory tracking, and vendor coordination to help keep daily operations running smoothly.

Responsibilities

Assist with purchase orders and vendor communication

Track inventory and assist with inventory counts

Enter and maintain purchasing data in company systems

Follow up on deliveries and order status

Work with warehouse, operations, and accounting teams

Help resolve order or inventory discrepancies

Support daily purchasing and administrative tasks

Qualifications

Microsoft Office experience (Excel, Word, Outlook)

Organized and detail-oriented

Strong communication skills

Ability to multitask and work in a team environment

Reliable transportation between Opa-locka and Doral locations

Fluent English required
