We're looking for a motivated Inventory Manager to take charge of our dispensary's inventory operations, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and seamless coordination between teams.

What You'll Do

As the Inventory Manager, you'll be the backbone of the dispensary's product flow. You'll oversee everything from receiving deliveries to managing sales floor displays-ensuring products are always accurate, compliant, and customer-ready. You'll also lead, coach, and mentor the inventory team, fostering a culture of accountability and professionalism.

On a typical day, you might:

  • Oversee daily inventory operations, including receiving, transfers, audits, and product movement
  • Plan and delegate daily work assignments for inventory staff and provide hands-on support throughout the shift
