The team leads effective inventory and supply planning to ensure product availability and seamless flow across channels. Collaborating with suppliers and internal partners, they align forecasts, manage purchase orders, and address supply challenges. Emphasizing data analysis and root cause resolution, the team enhances inventory health and supports promotional and seasonal planning. They drive continuous improvement initiatives using strategic planning and system tools to achieve business objectives.
