Summary

The Facilities Inventory Coordinator oversees the ordering, storing, receiving and distributing processes of the organization's products and supplies. Their main duties include controlling the flow of supplies and equipment, tracking and analyzing inventory maintenance and developing protocols for loss mitigation. The position is also responsible for requesting and maintaining purchase orders.Job Summary The Facilities Inventory Coordinator oversees the ordering, storing, receiving, and distributing processes of the Organization's product and supplies. Including control of flow of supplies and equipment; tracking and analyzing inventory maintenance to best establish protocols for loss mitigation. This person will also be responsible for requesting and maintaining purchase orders. Credentials and Experience: Five (5) years of inventory controller experience. High School Diploma/GED Valid FL Driver's License required upon hire. Computer skills to complete order entering, inventory, scheduled, purchasing, generating reports, etc. Ability to work various shifts, including weekends, as needed. Ability to travel within Moffitt Cancer Center facilities. Evidence of good driving record per Moffitt's Policy. Customer Service skills. Knowledge of regulatory standards appropriate to position. Use and maintaining hand and power tools. Preferred Experience: Three (3) years of inventory experience in a healthcare facility/environment.
