Key Responsibilities

Place and manage purchase orders accurately and in a timely manner
Monitor inventory levels and coordinate replenishment to maintainoptimal stock availability

Support purchasing processes and identify opportunities to improve cost efficiency
Communicate with vendors, headquarters, and internal teams regarding purchasing status and order updates
Prepare and maintain purchasing reports, documentation, and related records
Assist with inventory tracking and purchasing data management
Support general purchasing and supply chain coordination as needed


Qualifications

Associates degree or equivalent (Business, Supply Chain, or related field)
Minimum 1 year of experience in purchasing, inventory management, or related fields
Strong organizational and communication skills
