Pen Mart is looking for an Assistant Store Manager to assist the Store Manager in planning, direction and controlling the operation of the store. You would be responsible for supervising employees in inventory merchandising, losses, and work hours. The Assistant Manager assists, when directed by Store Manager, product ordering, provides support for sale plans to maximize sales potential and ensures the stores compliance with State and Federal law and regulations.
