Work Schedule:ย  ย  ย  ย 10 - 12-hours.

Starting Pay:ย  ย  ย  ย  ย  ย  Hourly-non-exempt

Full or Part Time:ย  ย  Full-time only

Pay Range: $26.00โ€“$30.00 per hour, depending on qualifications and experience.

Essential Functions
  • Monitor raw material inventory and coordinate replenishment with Production Manager.

  • Order production materials, repair parts, and operating supplies per company policies.

  • Track incoming shipments, verify delivery schedules, and resolve discrepancies.

  • Maintain ERP-based records of purchase orders, deliveries, and inventory.

  • Prepare weekly and monthly inventory reports.

  • Communicate with vendors on order status, lead times, and quality concerns.

  • Support production planning and administrative reporting.
  • Assist with special events (safety luncheons, recognition programs, tours).

  • Support safety culture by adhering to all safety requirements and attending meetings.
  • Other duties assigned
Minimum Qualifications
  • High School Diploma or GED.

  • Experience using ERP or inventory management software such as Oracle, SAP, JD Edwards, or similar systems.

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook.

  • Strong organizational, communication, and critical-thinking skills.

  • Valid driverโ€™s license: occasional travel required.

  • Occasional weekend inventory cycle counts
  • Occasional local travel in a personal or company vehicle is required.
  • Occasional overnight travel may be required.
Preferred Qualificationsย 
  • Associate degree in Business, Supply Chain, or related field.
  • Purchasing or inventory control experience in manufacturing.
  • Forklift certification or ability to obtain certification.
Working Conditions
  • Primary work performed in plant and production office.

  • Normal Hours: 7:00 a.m.โ€“5:00 p.m.; occasional weekend work.

  • Must be physically capable of climbing stairs and sitting for prolonged periods.

  • Occasionally lift and carry up to 50 pounds.
