Opportunity Summary:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Assured Supply / Inventory Coordinator to support our warehouse operations and inventory management processes. This role is pivotal in maintaining optimal inventory levels of assigned vendors, ensuring smooth product flow, and managing assigned vendor relationships. The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced environment, demonstrates strong problem-solving skills, and collaborates effectively across teams.
How you will make contributions that matter:
  • Placing inbound orders following the requirements of the designated vendors while considering:
    • Maintaining product level to ensure warehouse productivity.
    • Oversee inventory levels and safety stocks and order products as needed.
    • Handling phase in/phase out of product.
    • Maintain proper rotation of inventory.
  • Setup and maintain accurate product and vendor data in the ERP system.
  • Manage phase-in/phase-out transitions for products.
  • Manage and communicate supply issues.
  • Partner closely with the warehouse coordinators to ensure warehouse inventory tasks are effectively monitored and managed.
  • Oversee and reconcile vendor credits related to inventory.
  • Support miscellaneous assignments as needed to ensure operational continuity.
What You'll Bring:
  • Experience – 3-5 years’ experience in purchasing/Inventory control in manufacturing/distribution
  • Strong communication, problem solving, organization and time management.
  • Other Required Skills or Abilities – technical skills (including Microsoft Excel, Word, Outlook and Word), JD Edwards, excellent administrative experience, attention to detail.
