  • Assist with researching alternate suppliers and evaluating supplier capabilities, quality, delivery performance, and other requirements.
  • Participate in supplier meetings and site visits as needed.
  • Learn and follow company policies, procedures, and applicable regulatory and industry requirements.
What You BringRequired Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business, Operations Management, Engineering, Industrial Technology, or a related field.
  • Internship, co-op, academic project, or coursework related to supply chain, procurement, manufacturing, planning, logistics, or operations.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
  • Ability to work effectively with data, spreadsheets, reports, and business systems.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to collaborate effectively with suppliers and cross-functional teams.
  • Strong interest in learning purchasing, production planning, inventory management, and manufacturing processes.
  • Interest in continuous improvement, Lean principles, and operational excellence.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Internship or project experience in manufacturing, supply chain, purchasing, planning, logistics, or operations.
  • Familiarity with ERP/MRP systems, purchase orders, inventory planning, or production scheduling.
  • Basic understanding of Lean manufacturing, supplier management, inventory turns, lead times, or cost reduction.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Excel or other data analysis tools.
  • Exposure to aerospace, industrial, automotive, or engineered-product manufacturing.
Why Join Us?

This position provides an opportunity to build a strong foundation in procurement and production planning while working in a manufacturing environment with experienced professionals.

You’ll have the opportunity to develop supplier relationships, learn how materials flow through a production operation, contribute to continuous improvement, and build a long-term career in supply chain and operations.
