Purchasing Associate Responsibilities:

  • Re-acknowledgements of factory orders and discrepancies
  • Review Open PO Report and Past Due PO reports
  • CR PO releases
  • Issue Factory PO’s
  • Regional back-order re-acknowledgement
  • Suppliers Assessment Request and update ASL
  • Review and complete daily transfer report
  • Help review Zendesk ticket
  • Other tasks as needed


Qualification

  • 2 + years buying experience in a distribution or manufacturing environment
  • Experience with SAP or similar systems, preferred
  • Intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Office applications
