COUNTY LINE ORCHARD RETAIL REGISTER ASSOCIATE – JOB DESCRIPTION

County Line Orchard Retail Register Associate Responsibilities:

Operating as a U-Pick Orchard, our apples and pumpkins are purchased by the pound at our registers. Cashiers are to weigh the apples and pumpkins and charge the correct price per pound. As the last stop for most of our Orchard customers, cashiers are expected to uphold extraordinary customer service and be able to continue to complete transactions as quickly and accurately as possible. Our cashiers are honored with making a lasting impression on our customers and must do so using great communication skills while being energetic and comfortable in a fast-paced environment.

Experience/Qualifications:

 Ability to work in fast-paced environment

 Ability to stand for 10 hours or more a day with little down time

 Ability to maintain constant communication with the team

 Positive attitude and great work habits

Hours:

The County Line Orchard Retail Register Associate must have open availability, including weekends

Salary/Income:

The County Line Orchard Retail Register Associate is an exempt Seasonal, hourly position that does not include overtime pay after 40 hours. For Associates who qualify through punctuality, there is a productivity bonus paid at the end of the season.
