Job description

Sacred Heart Senior Living is currently seeking a qualified candidate to work in their corporate office.

Part time position; 25 – 30 hours per week.

Salary is commensurate with experience.

Responsibilities:

  • Assists with AP/AR. Ensure the accurate processing of purchasing/payment documents such as purchase orders, expense reimbursements, credit memos and invoices. Verify statements and handle correspondence with vendors and contractors. Ensure the accurate processing of invoices to clients and collection of receivables. Prepare bank deposits and complete monthly bank account reconciliations. Assist with monthly, quarterly, and year end close out procedures.
  • Safety Committee: Ensure the accurate and timely processing of agenda, minutes and annual certification.
  • General Office Duties: Assist with phones, filing, inventory and ordering of office supplies.
  • Other duties as assigned.
