Location: Aero Centers – PDK Airport, Atlanta, GA
Employment Type: Full-Time

Job Summary:

Aero Centers, a leading aviation company based at PDK Airport in Atlanta, GA, is seeking a detail-oriented and organized Aviation Parts Buyer & Shipping/Receiving Specialist for our Part 145 maintenance operation. This role is responsible for procuring aviation parts and supplies while also managing shipping and receiving operations to ensure efficient inventory flow. The ideal candidate will have experience in aviation parts purchasing, inventory management, and logistics coordination.

Key Responsibilities:

Parts Purchasing & Inventory Management:

  • Source and procure aircraft parts, tools, and supplies to support operations.
  • Build and maintain relationships with vendors to secure the best pricing and delivery timelines.
  • Monitor inventory levels and coordinate replenishment to avoid shortages or overstock situations.
  • Maintain accurate records of purchases, invoices, and inventory transactions.

Shipping & Receiving:

  • Receive incoming shipments, inspect for accuracy and quality, and process documentation accordingly.
  • Ensure compliance with aviation industry regulations and company policies in shipping and receiving.
  • Package, label, and ship outgoing parts and equipment to customers or vendors.
  • Coordinate with carriers to track shipments and resolve any logistical issues.
  • Maintain an organized and secure warehouse space for inventory control.

Qualifications:

  • 2+ years of experience in aviation parts purchasing, supply chain, or logistics preferred.
