Location: East Liverpool, OH.

Schedule: Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM-5:00 PM


Hill International Trucks, a trusted, family-owned leader in the commercial trucking industry since 1897, is seeking a dependable and organized Sales Administrator to support our Sales Department operations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Accurately process vehicle sales deals from start to finish
  • Manage stock numbers and weekly inventory updates
  • Update pricing and equipment details in inventory system
  • Maintain and update vehicle listings on our website
  • Process purchase documents for used trucks and handle DMV title transfers
  • Enter and close purchase orders and reconcile vehicle proposals  
  • Verify vehicle costs for accounting accuracy
  • Schedule drivers and coordinate deliveries
  • Communicate with internal departments, customers, and vendors to ensure smooth deal flow
  • Submit warranty paperwork and scan delivery receipts
  • Support marketing efforts by taking vehicle photos for web listings (preferred but not required) 

PHYSICAL/WORK ENVIROMENT:

  • Requires sitting for long periods.
  • Requires performing accurate, knowledgeable detailed work.
  • Use of hands for repetitive motion.
  • Frequent telephone use.

Requirements

 What We're Looking For:

  • Highly organized with excellent attention to detail
  • Strong communication and customer service skills
  • Ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
  • Dependable, professional, and willing to learn
  • Proficiency with office software and general administrative procedures
  • Prior dealership, sales admin, or title clerk experience is a plus, but we'll train the right person
  • Pennsylvania Notary (REQUIRED) or willing to obtain within 60 days. 
  • Pennsylvania Title Processing Experience a PLUS+
