Your New Role
Pay Range: $16.81 - $21.01 / hour; based on experience.
Hours: Monday - Friday, 8:30 am - 2 pm, with flexibility.
Location: This position requires regular on-site presence at our Jacksonville Warehouse.
Responsibilities:
The Inventory Control Coordinator ensures that all retail inventory is received and distributed on time to the local clubs, directly impacting member experience and operational success. This role is responsible for receiving inventory multiple times a week at the Chuze warehouse hub and maintaining the warehouse in a clean and organized fashion.
  • Regularly review and complete all department and Chuze-provided training materials and updates to ensure current knowledge and compliance with company standards
  • Maintain effective and collaborative cross-divisional communication with all field departments and the Home Office
  • Ensure timely delivery of all assigned inventory, loading and unloading Chuze company trucks
  • Leverage a WMS (Warehouse Management software) to conduct accurate reporting and shipping and receiving data
  • Manage and control all retail inventory for local clubs
  • Complete administrative tasks promptly, including email management and communication

Your Skills:
Requirements:
  • 1+ years of experience in an inventory or shipping and receiving role
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong Computer skills with proficiency in MS Office
  • Effective problem solving and critical thinking skills
  • Organized, accountable, able to set, reach and prioritize goals
  • Capacity to receive and deliver constructive feedback
Preferences:
  • High school graduate or equivalent
  • Previous experience working with a Warehouse Management System
  • Current forklift operator certification
Physical Abilities:
  • Ability to read, write, and communicate clearly in English
  • Ability to walk, bend, kneel, reach, and perform repetitive arm and hand movements, including loading and unloading trucks
  • Ability to stand or sit for extended periods
  • Ability to operate a telephone, computer, and other standard office equipment
  • Ability to safely lift and carry up to 50 pounds independently and heavier loads with assistance when needed
  • Ability to use equipment such as a dolly, pallet jack, forklift, etc.
