Come join the RBK Fire Systems team as the Inventory Control Coordinator! In this role you will be responsible for managing, tracking and maintaining the inventory to ensure accurate stock levels and a smooth operational flow.
Qualifications: Three years of warehouse inventory control experience in manufacturing, plumbing, electrical or similar industry. Strong analytical skills for tracking trends and discrepancies. Proficiency in inventory management software; conducting monthly cycle counts and producing inventory reports. Experience with purchasing and sourcing vendors to obtain the best products and contain costs. Receive and inspect materials, process damaged goods to be returned to vendor, and ensure proper credit or replacement is extended to RBK. Experience with Quickbooks and or other inventory control systems. Must read, write, speak and understand English. Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and perform repetitive motions. Must have a clean driver's record.Â
Responsibilities: Monitor stock levels, tracks incoming materials and ensures items are classified and stored correctly. On a daily basis pulls and logs materials for the different jobs. Researches the accuracy of product details and tests new products. Receives and inspects materials being received. Accurately inputs inventory into tracking system, generates reports on stock levels, turnover rates, trends and provides insights for decision making. Performs monthly inventory counts; reports and reconciles discrepancies. As necessary delivers materials to the different job sites. Â
Workweek: Monday - Friday from 7:00 a.m. - 3:30 p.m. Occasionally on a Saturday. Weekly pay
