Must Have Technical/Functional Skills
1 5+ years COUPA relevant experience.
2 - Knowledge on procure to pay(P2P) process.
3 - Worked/Knowledge on SIM module.
4 - Worked on catalogs.
5 - Worked on Invoice management.
6 - Worked on integrations and error handling.
7 - Worked on the coupa supplier portal (CSP).
8 - Worked on a company address, chart of accounts, Approval chains, content groups, account groups, accounts, account validation rules, po customization, SAN, cxml integration error handling, tax rates, tax codes, tax code rules.
9 - Knowledge on contract management and sourcing.
10 - Worked on incident management, change management, coupa release management and testing.
11 - Coupa certification is preferred.
12 - Knowledge on accounts payable.
• Strong experience in System integrations, data interfaces and technical support.
• Design, develop and support Coupa integrations with ERP and external systems.
• Work on cXml, punchout, invoice, PO, SIM, supplier onboarding and catalog integrations.
• Develop and troubleshoot API-based integrations.
• Support SFTP/Flat file integrations for inbound and outbound data exchange.
• Analyze and resolve issues related to : Supplier setup, invoice transmission, PO integration, remit-to and address errors, authentication issues.
Salary Range: $120,000-$140,000 a year
