**Pay & Schedule

**

  • **1st

    Shift:** Monday-Friday, 6:45AM-3:00PM, $18.00/hour

  • 2nd Shift: Monday-Friday, 2:45 PM-11:00 PM, $20.00/hour

  • **3rd

    Shift:** Monday-Thursday, 9:45PM-8:00AM, $21.00/hour

  • **4th

    Shift:** Fri, Sat and Sun (work 36 hours paid for 40) 6:45AM-7:00PM, $22.00/hour

  • **5th

    Shift:** Fri, Sat and Sun (work 36 hours paid for 40) 6:45PM-7:00AM, $23.00/hour

**Job Responsibilities

**

  • Stack fiberglass products on storage shelves
  • Cut finished products to specifications
  • Load machines with raw materials
  • Monitor production equipment
  • Read setup sheets and production orders
  • Inspect products to ensure quality standards
  • Assist with machine setup and shutdown
  • Maintain a clean and safe work environment

**Qualifications

**

  • High School Diploma or GED preferred, but not required
  • Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
  • Ability to stand, bend, twist, squat, and reach throughout the shift
  • Ability to read a tape measure
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Dependable with a positive attitude
  • Manufacturing experience is helpful but not required
