Job Summary
We are seeking a detail-oriented and dependable Logistics Coordinator to support the efficient movement, storage, and tracking of products and materials. This role will handle daily warehouse and shipping activities, help maintain records, and coordinate with internal teams, suppliers, and clients to ensure timely deliveries. 
Key Responsibilities
  • Receive, inspect, and organize incoming shipments
  • Pick, pack, label, and prepare orders for shipment
  • Load and unload products safely and efficiently
  • Verify shipment contents against purchase orders and packing lists
  • Verify shipment information is correctly updated in company systems
  • Track deliveries and communicate shipment status
  • Identify and report damaged, missing, or incorrect items
  • Coordinate with warehouse staff, drivers, suppliers, and customers
  • Help keep the warehouse clean, organized, and compliant with safety standards
  • Follow company procedures for handling, storage, and transportation of goods
  • Help resolve delivery delays, order discrepancies, and other logistics issues that impact operations
Qualifications
  • High school diploma or equivalent preferred
  • Previous experience in logistics, warehousing, shipping, or inventory management is an advantage
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills
  • Good attention to detail and accuracy
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Basic computer skills and familiarity with inventory or warehouse management systems
  • Ability to lift, move, and handle packages safely
  • Reliable, professional, and able to work in a fast-paced environment
Preferred Skills
  • Experience with barcode scanners, shipping software, or inventory systems
  • Knowledge of shipping and receiving procedures
  • Familiarity with workplace health and safety practices
  • Strong communication and problem-solving skills
