Job Description
**Key Responsibilities**
  • **Freight Operations & Execution**
  • Jump into the action by coordinating and executing shipments from pickup through delivery
  • Keep your finger on the pulse-monitor load progress and share updates, flag delays, or tackle issues head-on
  • Be the problem-solver who resolves service hiccups quickly and professionally
  • **Systems & Process Management**
  • Get hands-on with load details in our internal systems (including Transport Pro)
  • Keep everything crystal clear across customer portals and tracking tools-accuracy is your superpower
  • Stay organized by ensuring all shipment documentation is complete and ready to go
  • **Communication & Collaboration**
  • Be the connector! Communicate with carriers, drivers, and internal teams to keep everything running smoothly
  • Team up with Carrier Sales and Account Management to support customer needs and celebrate wins together
  • Keep everyone in the loop with timely, clear updates that keep stakeholders informed and confident
