Job Description
Perform high-quality endodontic procedures, including conventional root canal therapy, retreatments, and apical surgeries.
Provide expert diagnosis and healthcare assessments for diseases of the dental pulp and periapical tissues.
Develop comprehensive treatment plans and manage patient records with precision and accuracy.
Utilize advanced technology, such as Cone Beam Computed Tomography (CBCT), for diagnosis and treatment.
Collaborate with general dentists and healthcare professionals to ensure integrated patient care.
Counsel and educate patients on procedures, oral hygiene, and post-treatment health.
Ensure patient comfort through excellent chairside manner and compassionate interaction.
Participate in the long-term growth and professional development of the practice.
Salary Range
Full-time $200,000 - $400,000 per year

Requirements
- Endodontics Residency
- Licensed dentist
Doctoral degree (DDS or DMD) from an accredited dental school.
Specialty Certificate in Endodontics.
Valid State Dental License in good standing.
Proficiency in root canal therapy and oral surgical procedures.
Strong communication skills and a commitment to patient education.
Ability to maintain thorough and accurate patient charting.
Preferences
Experience with CBCT imaging and digital radiography.
Ability to work effectively in a high-volume, collaborative clinical setting.
Interest in future practice ownership and partnership.
