Maintaining accuracy while working at speed is essential to avoid errors that can impact inventory and customer satisfaction. Additionally, Pullers must be able to navigate warehouse layouts efficiently and coordinate with team members such as packers and supervisors to ensure smooth workflow. Good communication skills and attention to detail are crucial in overcoming these challenges.

Such high earnings without a degree are uncommon and usually depend on union contracts, overtime, or performance bonuses.

What is the highest paid warehouse job?

The highest paid warehouse jobs are often supervisory or managerial roles, such as warehouse managers or logistics supervisors, which can earn significantly higher salaries than entry-level positions. These roles typically require experience, leadership skills, and knowledge of warehouse operations and may include additional responsibilities like inventory management and process optimization.

What are Pullers?

Pullers are workers responsible for retrieving and preparing products, parts, or materials from storage areas, warehouses, or inventory shelves for shipment, assembly, or production. Their main duties include reading orders or pick lists, locating the correct items, and ensuring accuracy and efficiency in gathering requested goods. Pullers play a crucial role in logistics and supply chain operations, helping to maintain smooth workflow and timely order fulfillment. This position often requires attention to detail, physical stamina, and familiarity with inventory management systems.

What is the salary of a picker?

A picker, also known as a warehouse or order picker, typically earns between $12 and $20 per hour, depending on experience, location, and the employer. Overtime and shift differentials can increase overall compensation, and some positions may require the use of equipment like forklifts or pallet jacks.
