  • Maintain knowledge on industry and market trends to evolve and optimize sales strategies

Operations

  • Support continuous store operations by managing inventory with accuracy, stock replenishment, and proactive theft prevention measures to maintain operational efficiency
  • Offer valuable suggestions to develop and execute retail strategies that drive business growth and enhance the client experience
  • Curate and maintain visually compelling product displays that align with Byredo's visual merchandising guidelines and create a captivating, in-store environment that reflects the brand's DNA

  • 2+ years of experience in luxury retail, beauty, or makeup sales
  • Proven ability to build strong client relationships and achieve sales targets
  • Availability to work weekends and holidays (on an as needed basis)
  • A proactive, adaptable, and dependable attitude
  • Available for a flexible schedule, including weekends, holidays, and occasional extended hours as needed
  • Ability to lift boxes as needed for inventory replenishment

Compensation Data

The expected base salary for this position ranges from $20.00 - $22.00 per hr.
