The Charlotte Tilbury division, which includes the luxury makeup brand and the Derma division, with the Apivita and Uriage brands. We sell products in 150 countries and operate 32 subsidiaries.

The mission of the Retail Designer assigned to Permanent projects is to guarantee the excellence of our brands at the point of sale, by adapting Retail HQ guidelines to the Travel Retail Americas channel. In this role, you will help Puig promote unique shopping experiences and enhance the display of our exclusive products.
What you'll get to do
  • Handle permanent project by adapting Brand Corporate designs to Travel
    Retail needs from initial brief to final installation.
  • Regularly follow up projects with the HQ Brands Retail Permanent Image
    team (special requests and adaptations) and retailers.
  • Handle technical challenges (internally with the HQ team and externally
    with the supplier) and implementation logistics (deliveries, orders).
  • Follow up budget.
  • Follow up the execution of projects and ensure high quality installation.
  • Handle Maintenance of existing points of sales
  • Homologate new suppliers
  • Supporting the execution of visual merchandising strategy in the point of
    sales.
  • Develop planograms & visual calendar, adapt brand guidelines and
    working closely with the Field Supervisor.

We'd love to meet you if you have
  • 3 years of working experience including retail projects / project management
    preferably for the luxury and beauty industry
  • Project management / Negotiation skills and related software knowledge (Excel,
    PPT, Asana) are a plus.
  • Aesthetic sensibility and related design software knowledge (Autocad, Adobe
    Creative suite, Sketchup).
  • Degree in Architecture or Industrial Design are required.
  • Proficient in English & Spanish.
