About the Role:

Detail-oriented professional with strong analytical, reporting, and operational expertise, supporting royalty and content analytics across a dynamic, cross-functional environment. This role plays a critical part in enabling effective business decision support through accurate reporting, financial insight and scalable analytics supported by building auditable reports and maintaining data integrity. This individual contributor partners closely with finance, content, legal, and commercial teams to ensure reporting and analysis related to publisher commercials, royalty allocations, and licensing activity are delivered in a controlled, timely, and business-relevant manner.

Key Responsibilities

Delivers timely and accurate royalty and content analytics to support business decision-making, ensures reporting integrity and commercial transparency

Develops, maintains, and enhances recurring and ad hoc financial and metrics reporting to provide insight into financial performance, key fluctuations, and underlying business drivers

Analyzes large and complex datasets to identify trends, anomalies, risks, and opportunities, and supports resolution through structured follow-up

Supports monthly royalty reporting and reconciliation activities, including analysis of gains, losses, and allocation impacts across publishers, business units, and territories

Contributes to the design, improvement, and automation of reporting tools, data structures, and analytical processes to improve efficiency, scalability, and stakeholder confidence

Partners with internal and external stakeholders to respond to royalty, licensing, and reporting inquiries in a timely and effective manner

Supports the preparation and presentation of analytical materials for content planning, licensing, and commercial decision support

Establishes and communicates business requirements in a standard manner to support consistent reporting and operational execution

Contributes to continuous improvement initiatives that strengthen financial transparency, reporting accuracy, compliance, and operational effectiveness

Ad-hoc projects and involvement may be required to perform as the company reasonably requires

U.S. National Base Pay Range: $71,600 - $119,400. Geographic differentials may apply in some locations to better reflect local market rates. This job is eligible for an annual incentive bonus.
