  • Partner with clients to obtain approvals and attribution for published success stories.
  • Manage project plans and workflows for content marketing initiatives using project management tools to track deadlines, assignments, dependencies, and production schedules.
  • Provide strategic visibility into the content marketing roadmap by leading quarterly planning meetings and communicating content production status and upcoming initiatives to the Senior Marketing Manager and Director of Marketing.

Digital Content Marketing

  • Publish and maintain thought leadership content, landing pages, and gated content experiences in WordPress to support lead generation campaigns.
  • Create promotional content across owned marketing channels, including LinkedIn and other social media platforms, email marketing, and the website.
  • Manage content promotion schedules to maximize engagement and campaign performance.
  • Build and deploy marketing emails in Pardot while developing audience-specific messaging for key market segments.

Content Performance & Optimization

  • Evaluate content performance across digital channels against Ideal Client Profile (ICP) goals, buyer engagement, and marketing metrics to optimize strategy, improve resource allocation, and measure business impact.
  • Conduct competitive research and monitor emerging trends in leadership development, executive education, and B2B marketing.
  • Test new content formats, messaging, and social strategies to continuously improve performance.

Cross-Functional Collaboration

  • Partner with Program Directors and Client Engagement to identify client stories and faculty expertise.
  • Collaborate with designers, writers, and marketing partners to produce high-quality content.
  • Provide editorial guidance and copy editing for organizational communications as needed.
  • Mentor and oversee student marketing assistants supporting content development and publishing.
  • Contribute to cross-functional marketing initiatives and organizational priorities by supporting special projects and other responsibilities as assigned, recognizing that collaboration and flexibility are essential within a small, high-performing team.

QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE

The successful candidate is an exceptional writer, editor, and storyteller with experience developing content that supports B2B marketing objectives. They are naturally curious, enjoy interviewing subject matter experts, and know how to translate complex ideas into engaging content for executive audiences.
