WHAT MAKES US EPIC?
At the core of Epic's success are talented, passionate people. Epic prides itself on creating a collaborative, welcoming, and creative environment. Whether it's building award-winning games or crafting engine technology that enables others to make visually stunning interactive experiences, we're always innovating.
Being Epic means being a part of a team that continually strives to do right by our community and users. We're constantly innovating to raise the bar of engine and game development.
PRODUCT MANAGEMENT
What We Do
Product Management partners with game development, publishing, marketing, and platform teams to provide a data and market-driven view of product strategy that aligns with business goals. As part of Epic's Growth Team, we use our product expertise to identify and drive growth levers to grow our player base and business.
What You'll Do
As a Product Management Director (Platform), you will collaborate with cross-functional teams to shape the strategy, roadmap, and execution for Epic's mobile experiences across our suite of products and businesses. You will apply both creative and analytical skills to identify opportunities, define product direction, support feature development, improve performance, and contribute to initiatives that deepen player engagement and satisfaction. In this role, you will balance player experience with business goals, ensuring our mobile efforts deliver impact at scale while aligning with Epic's broader product vision.
In this role, you will
  • Drive the mobile, PC and console product strategy and contribute to a roadmap that expands reach, engagement, and long-term retention on each platform
  • Partner with development teams to identify and prioritize feature opportunities, gameplay enhancements, and system improvements that elevate the player experience on each platform
  • Work with cross-functional partners to optimize player funnels, in-game experiences, and market readiness across regions
  • Partner with engineering teams to prioritize features and enhancements that improve performance and player experience across backend and frontend systems
  • Partner closely with analytics teams to define measurable goals, evaluate performance, and ensure recommendations are grounded in clear data and business impact
  • Drive alignment across key stakeholders by clearly communicating product requirements, ensuring all stakeholders share a unified understanding of goals and execution plans
What we're looking for
  • 6+ years of Product Management experience building and scaling consumer-facing platform products or shared systems across multiple surfaces (e.g., mobile, PC, console)
  • Proven track record delivering platform features that power core player experiences such as identity, progression, social systems, or cross-platform continuity
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to leverage data to improve platform adoption, engagement, and overall user experience
  • Highly skilled at translating user needs and business goals into scalable, cohesive platform solutions that work seamlessly across devices
  • Experience partnering closely with engineering on complex systems and balancing usability, performance, and scalability in platform design
  • Demonstrated ability to operate effectively in fast-paced, cross-functional environments with engineering, design, and business stakeholders
  • Familiarity with cross-platform ecosystems (PC, console, mobile) and the challenges of delivering consistent, high-quality user experiences across them
  • Understanding of player experience drivers such as onboarding, engagement, retention, and ecosystem connectivity-applied at a platform level rather than individual game features
  • Passion for building foundational player experiences that connect users across games, devices, and services
