About the Role

The King and Prince Beach and Golf Resort, managed by Northview Hotels & Resorts, is seeking a Marketing Specialist to support and execute brand-aligned marketing initiatives that drive awareness, demand, and guest engagement. This role is ideal for a marketing professional with 3 to 5 years of experience who is ready to take ownership of day-to-day marketing execution while partnering closely with resort leadership and Northview corporate resources.

The Marketing Specialist plays a hands-on role in bringing campaigns, content, and brand standards to life across digital, print, social, and on-property channels, ensuring a consistent and elevated guest experience.

Key Responsibilities Brand and Marketing Execution

Execute marketing initiatives in alignment with The King and Prince brand standards and Northview Hotels & Resorts guidelines.

Maintain consistency in voice, visuals, and messaging across all marketing materials, guest communications, social platforms, and on-property signage.

Collaborate with resort leadership, Food and Beverage, Events, and Sales teams to support promotional and experiential marketing needs.

Coordinate with Northview marketing partners and vendors as needed to ensure timely and accurate execution.

Campaign, Content, and Social Media Support

Support the development and execution of seasonal campaigns, packages, events, and dining promotions across digital, social, email, and on-property channels.

Plan, create, and publish social media content that highlights the resort experience, amenities, dining, events, and seasonal offerings, in alignment with brand standards.

Monitor and engage with guests across social platforms by responding to comments, messages, and tagged content in a timely and professional manner.

Write, edit, and proof marketing copy for website updates, social posts, email campaigns, digital promotions, collateral, and menus.
