Amazon Publisher Services helps digital publishers around the world build and grow thriving businesses. We provide services and advanced technologies to web, mobile app and advanced TV publishers of all sizes, including many of comScore's global top 100, to help them monetize their content with demand from multiple programmatic buyers. Our server-side header bidding solutions are fast and reliable across devices, handling billions of queries per day, delivering ads in milliseconds. The result is more profitable advertising for publishers and more relevant ads for customers.
Amazon Publisher Services is seeking a Sr. Strategic Partner Manager who will manage a portfolio of third-party programmatic buyers and work closely with our publisher partners across web, mobile, CTV and audio. The ideal candidate will combine proven experience managing partnerships with an understanding of the programmatic advertising ecosystem, in order to drive optimum value for our programmatic buyer customers.
In this role, you will:
- Manage strategic, operational, and technical aspects of relationships with programmatic buyers.
- Proactively find and execute optimization opportunities for buyers and our publisher partners.
- Understand and monitor key performance metrics to identify opportunities for growth or improvement.
- Innovate, develop, and iterate on services based on customer feedback to grow and maintain long-term partnerships.
- Conduct regular business reviews with customers. Employ a consultative, long term approach and build productive relationships with stakeholders of all levels within the customer's organization.
- Analyze performance data and provide data-driven insights to improve our programs
- Investigate and work directly with technical teams to help them troubleshoot customer issues. Ensure timely resolution of technical issues.

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS
- 6+ years of digital advertising and client facing roles with a focus on data analysis experience
- Experience with annual brand and media planning
- Experience with Doubleclick (XSM, DFP), AdJuster or Salesforce
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
- Experience analyzing data and best practices to assess performance drivers

The base salary range for this position is listed below. Your Amazon package will include sign-on payments and restricted stock units (RSUs). Final compensation will be determined based on factors including experience, qualifications, and location.
