Legacy Christian Academy  is seeking a passionate and creative Marketing & Communications Coordinator to help tell the story of what God is doing through our students, staff, and families. This a 12 month, full-time role.


LCA hires staff who care deeply about the spiritual and academic growth of students, maintain high standards of excellence, and model a Christ-centered life grounded in biblical principles. As a member of our close-knit school community, employees join together in prayer, professional development, celebration, and discipleship.


Under the direction of the Director of Admissions, the MarCom Coordinator supports the mission and vision of the school by strengthening communication, promoting school culture, and advancing enrollment and community engagement through strategic marketing and storytelling. This role serves as a storyteller and brand communicator for Legacy, coordinating digital and print communications, managing website and app content, creating marketing materials, and highlighting the life and mission of the school in a Christ-centered and professional manner.


The ideal candidate is a collaborative and service-oriented communicator who works effectively with administration, faculty, staff, students, and families to ensure messaging reflects the values and culture of Legacy Christian Academy. This individual should have a genuine passion for helping students be known, discipled, and prepared for their future while showcasing the exceptional opportunities and radical servanthood of our school community.


Key Responsibilities
  • Manage social media platforms and digital communications
  • Collaborate with MarCom team for website and app content
  • Create and coordinate marketing, branding, and promotional materials
  • Capture and share stories through photography, videography, and written communication
  • Publish weekly newsletters and coordinate the annual report
  • Maintain visual brand consistency across all communications and publications
  • Support enrollment, advancement, school events, and community engagement initiatives
  • Manage electronic databases of photography and videography assets
Qualifications
  • Strong Christian faith and active support of Legacy's Statement of Faith, Core Values, Social Stances, and Profile of a Legacy Employee
  • Strong communication, writing, proofreading, organizational, and project management skills
  • Creativity, professionalism, initiative, flexibility, and attention to detail
  • Ability to multitask and collaborate across all departments
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience preferred
  • Experience with Google Suite, WordPress, Canva, META platforms, and FACTS preferred
  • Graphic design experience preferred, including Adobe InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator, and Acrobat
Salary & Benefits

Starting salary range: $45,000.00-$55,000.00, based on experience and qualifications.
