Shoe Sensation is looking for an energetic Retail Store Manager who loves talking to people, thrives in sales, and leads with confidence. Our managers treat the store like their own-driving results, building strong teams, and creating Sensational customer experiences.
Responsibilities
• Lead and motivate the store team to achieve sales and service goals
• Deliver outstanding customer service from greeting to checkout
• Recruit, hire, train, and develop team members
• Maintain store cleanliness, organization, and merchandising standards
• Process freight and execute seasonal floor sets
• Create and publish weekly store schedules
• Manage daily deposits and bank runs
• Maintain proper staffing levels based on business needs
• Support community events, local partnerships, and charitable initiatives
