Job description

Manage Menu & Promotion Rollouts
  • Analyzes guest feedback, competitive and market trends to ideate new menu items or promotional specials.
  • Partners cross-functionally with Ops, Culinary, Training & IT to ensure flawless execution of menu launches and promotions.
  • Oversees campaign creative production workstreams, ensuring a timely launch across all marketing channels.
  • Actively manages ops communications supporting rollouts.
  • Monitor campaign performance and guest insights to optimize live initiatives and inform future planning.
  • Publishes monthly promotional & menu launch recaps, including key sales metrics with guest and operations feedback summaries.

NRO Marketing Campaign Management
  • Leads the strategy, planning, and execution of all new restaurant opening marketing campaigns to drive pre-opening awareness and exceed average weekly sales targets.
  • Ensure all marketing elements-creative assets, signage, digital listings, paid media, and local outreach-are delivered accurately and on time.
  • Attends openings to support grand opening promotions and media/influencer visits
  • Monitors post-opening sales results and traffic performance, adjusting campaign levers to drive strong early momentum with sustained sales through the initial 6 months.
  • Publishes consistent NRO sales scorecards to report on opening performance versus forecast.

Administer Hopdoddy Website & Digital Merchandising Screens
  • Owns website content deployments to support promotions & new menu items ensuring content is accurate and timely to launch schedules.
  • Collaborates with IT and web agency for technical & performance updates.
  • Executes SEO strategy, including keyword optimization, metadata updates, page structure, and content enhancements to improve organic visibility.
  • Monitors website analytics and proposes enhancements to improve conversion rates and organic search traffic.
  • Owns digital menu content & CMS programing for digital menu boards and restaurant ad screens, leveraging content to drive sales & PPA.
  • Accountable for publishing website & SEO scorecards

Collaborates with the full Marketing Team & agency partners to execute other PR campaigns, national activations and events.
Updates professional knowledge by participating in educational opportunities, executing competitive research & reading trade publications.
Requirements
Minimum Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing/Communications required
  • 5 years of experience in restaurant or retail marketing preferred
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (PowerPoint, Word & Excel) & Asana (workflow management tools) required
  • Experience with website CMS management and Google Analytics tools preferred
  • Able to travel occasionally, for 1-3 nights at a time

Physical Requirements
  • Some lifting and the movement of moderate loads require a 30-pound lifting requirement.
  • Responsible for utilizing office/restaurant equipment. The effective operation of equipment requires the use of all limbs, fingers and the ability to see.
  • Spends approximately 20% of his/her time standing and walking swiftly; therefore, he/she must have the ability to bend, stoop, kneel, and move freely using all limbs and see at close/long distances.
  • Attend meetings, conferences, workshops, etc., as well as visit Hopdoddy locations, Vendors, etc.; therefore, he/she must be able to travel autonomously, possibly to other geographical locations, in inclement weather, with little to no prior notification given.
  • Must be able to work under a high degree of stress on a physical, mental, and emotional level; this includes performing work in a fast-paced manner and making timely decisions.
