ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Primary duties and responsibilities include, but are not limited to, the following:
Provide and execute strategic marketing and actions to create and maintain our brand presence in the market.
Provide functional leadership as well as strategic support for marketing team, executive leadership, internal guests and vendors, including agencies.
Lead a team of professionals with functional expertise including but not limited to advertising, digital marketing, public relations, special events, player development rewards club, database marketing and property programming.
Maintain development of technology to provide a better guest experience.
Frequent communication with the operations team including F&B, retail, nightlife, HR, IT, other marketing areas and vendors.
Drive revenue for the property in conjunction with other marketing areas.
Create and monitor operating budget, financial management and acts on budget variance.
Represent the property on any public event as directed by Management.
Devise or modify procedures to solve process problems that will result in more efficient productivity and higher caliber product.
Assess business objectives from operations teams and proposing marketing solutions to help achieve them.
Any other duties as assigned within the scope of this position.

KNOWLEDGE/SKILLS/ABILITIES
Function in depth knowledge and understanding of marketing strategies.
Proven expertise in the budgeting process, P&L and financial management of budgets.

Must be proficient in Microsoft Office Products: Excel, Word, Power Point, Publisher, and Outlook.
Ability of complex reading, writing, math, and task completion skills is required.
Must have the following skills: clerical, compiling, coordination, analyzing, supervising, instructing, precision working, following instructions, influencing others, memorization, problem solving, independent judgment, and decision making.
Flexible to work all shifts including holidays, nights, and weekend hours as business needs dictate.
Must be a minimum of 21 years of age.

EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE
Minimum 10 years' Marketing leadership progressive experience or any combination of education, training, or experience that provides the required knowledge, skills, and abilities.


CERTIFICATES AND LICENSES
Must be able to maintain appropriate Gaming License & Alcohol Awareness card.

PHYSICAL DEMANDS
While performing the duties of this job, the team member is constantly sitting, standing, walking, reaching overhead, bending over, occasionally crouching, kneeling, crawling, climbing, and balancing during the duration of their shift.
Must be able to push/pull and/or lift/carry 50lbs or less frequently and 25lbs or less occasionally.
The team member will constantly have repetitive use of their dominant hand, and frequent use of their non-dominant hand. Frequent light and firm/strong grasping motions will be required. Finger dexterity of both hands will be constantly required.
Constant use of vision abilities is required including distance, depth perception, field of vision, and color vision.

WORK ENVIRONMENT

Team member may be exposed to confined areas, vibrations, moving objects, and secondhand smoke.
