Job description

As a Public Space Attendant, you will be responsible for maintaining the cleanliness, organization, and overall upkeep of the hotel's public areas. You will ensure that the hotel's guest-facing spaces, such as lobbies, corridors, lounges, restrooms, and event spaces, are clean, welcoming, and well-maintained at all times. This position plays a vital role in delivering an exceptional guest experience by ensuring that all public spaces reflect the hotel's high standards of quality and hospitality.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Be the Heart of Hospitality: Perform routine cleaning of all public areas, including lobbies, hallways, restrooms, meeting rooms, elevators, stairwells, and other spaces as required.
  • Keep Things Running Smoothly: Ensure that public restrooms are stocked with necessary items such as paper towels, toilet paper, soap, and other amenities. Restock supplies as needed.
  • Respond to Guest Needs: Assist guests by providing information on the location of hotel facilities and respond to specific requests for additional services as needed.
  • Team Collaboration: Work closely with housekeeping and maintenance teams to address any issues with public spaces and to ensure timely completion of tasks.

  • Ensure Cleanliness & Efficiency: Perform regular checks of public spaces to ensure cleanliness and report any necessary maintenance or repairs to the appropriate department.
