Fourwinds Lakeside Inn & Marina (est. 1976) is a premier waterfront destination located on Lake Monroe in Bloomington, IN. Renowned for its lakeside lodging, full-service marina, and relaxed dining and entertainment, Fourwinds offers guests a complete lakefront experience. With its scenic views and welcoming atmosphere, Fourwinds remains a cornerstone of the Lake Monroe lifestyle for both visitors and the local lake community.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Maintain cleanliness and appearance of all public spaces throughout the day, responding promptly to spills, debris, or guest traffic.
  • Clean glass surfaces, doors, railings, and high-touch areas to maintain a polished appearance.
  • Restock public restrooms with paper products, soap, and other supplies as needed.
  • Monitor public areas for maintenance issues or safety concerns and report them promptly.
  • Provide courteous and professional interactions with guests when encountered in public areas.
  • Ensure meeting rooms and public spaces are vacuumed and dust-free before and after events.

REQUIREMENTS:

  • Must pass background check.
  • Ability to work a flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays as needed.
