The Ideal Candidate
We are seeking a high-performing, bilingual professional with 5+ years of client or project management experience in marketing, public relations, or a related communications field.
 
Core Responsibilities
  • Strategy & Execution: Develop creative outreach strategies and coordinate tactical campaigns.
  • Support Client Management: Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, managing contracts, timelines, and relationships.
  • Creative Direction: Direct the development of online and offline creative design assets.
  • Community Partnerships: Coordinate directly with local businesses, stakeholders, and residents to build program partnerships.
  • Team Leadership: Help manage project teams and ensure flawless tactical implementation under tight deadlines.
Required Qualifications
  • Experience: 5+ years of professional experience managing communications projects or agency clients.
  • Mindset: Ability to work independently, pivot quickly in fast-paced situations, and maintain a thirst for continuous learning.
  • Passion: A demonstrable desire to make a tangible difference in our community and the environment.
