The Role At A Glance: We're looking for an Account Manager to elevate our legacy of white-glove service and set new standards for client relationships. In this role, you'll manage relationships with clients, talents, and Dulcedo team members, shaping distinctive brand identities and sophisticated digital strategies that empower our talents to excel in their careers and personal brand development. This position is a unique blend of client relationship management, project oversight, strategic development, and social media expertise. To succeed, you must possess exceptional client communication and organizational skills, along with a deep passion for the creator economy.
 
 
Your Role In Action
- Oversee and execute negotiated partnerships from start to finish, ensuring all contractual terms are met and project milestones are achieved as planned.
- Maintain continuous engagement with talents and brands throughout and beyond collaborations, offering support and guidance to enhance and nurture relationships.
- Track performance by evaluating key performance indicators (KPIs) and present comprehensive reports at the end of each partnership, detailing successes, challenges, and key insights to inform future strategies.
- Collaborate with talents and Dulcedo employees throughout and beyond collaborations to ensure each talent maintains a consistent, and impactful social media presence.
- Develop content strategies and concept ideas, leveraging analytics and social media trends to maintain high engagement rates and ensure content effectiveness.
- Actively participate in talents' agency experience by engaging in their onboarding, quarterly planning, and other key activities.
- Assist in the day-to-day management of talents by providing planning support to help organize their activities and ensure their success.
- Manage inbound PR requests, handle interview requests, respond to mailers, and process event invitations.
- Contribute to outbound strategies, including talent sourcing, outreach, interview pitching, talent gifting, event responses, and new brand pitch calls.
- Attend on-site production days and talent events, providing on-site support to guarantee successful collaborations.
- Leverage the right tools and information channels to stay on top of industry trends in order to serve as a valuable resource to the team. 
 
 
 
What You're Bringing With You
- Over 1 year of experience working in influencer marketing or PR, either in-house or within an agency.
- Proven experience in communicating directly with both talents and corporate clients.
- Excellent interpersonal skills with a natural talent for building and maintaining strong relationships.
- Strong mediation abilities with experience in negotiating, resolving conflicts, and managing expectations.
- High organizational skills with a proven track record in task management, handling details, meeting multiple deadlines, following processes and multitasking effectively.
- Knowledge in managing influencer/talent partnerships  and assessing social media metrics and industry KPIs.
- Understanding of paid media, influencer marketing, and public relations.
- A bachelor's degree in a related field is an asset.
