Position Overview

The PR Specialist supports the execution of public relations and marketing initiatives for BGrace Media clients and internal projects. This role is hands-on and fast-paced, requiring strong writing skills, organization, and the ability to manage multiple priorities while upholding the firm’s guiding principles — AACE: Accountability, Accuracy, Customer Focus, and Efficiency.

Key Responsibilities

  • Execute PR and marketing campaigns under the direction of senior leadership.
  • Write and edit press releases, media pitches, media alerts, and social content.
  • Support media outreach, track coverage, and maintain media databases.
  • Assist with event marketing, media coordination, and on-site support as needed.
  • Manage assigned timelines and deliverables to ensure accuracy and timeliness.
  • Collaborate with internal team members to support integrated campaigns.
  • Monitor and report campaign performance and media placements.
  • Maintain consistent brand voice and messaging across all communications.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Public Relations, Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
  • 1–2 years of experience in PR, marketing, communications, or an agency environment.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to manage multiple deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • Experience supporting events and client initiatives.
  • Proficiency with Meta Business Suite, Hootsuite, Google Workspace, PR databases (Muck Rack, Cision), and HubSpot CRM.
  • Collaborative, proactive, and client-focused.
