  • Prepare and present social performance reports and strategic recommendations to marketing leadership.
  • Connect content strategy to measurable business objectives and revenue impact.

Content Execution & Brand Governance

  • Capture photos and videos in gym locations to support strategic content initiatives.
  • Prepare and publish content across approved platforms, including Instagram, TikTok, and emerging channels.
  • Interpret and apply brand standards independently to ensure consistency across all markets.
  • Determine appropriate positioning of announcements, promotions, and events in alignment with overall brand strategy.
  • Respond to public-facing engagement, including sensitive or negative comments, exercising discretion and protecting brand reputation.

Budget & Resource Management

  • Manage allocated paid social media budgets within defined parameters.
  • Select and utilize tools, software, and vendors to optimize social performance.
  • Oversee influencer partnerships and collaborations within approved guidelines.
  • Coordinate contractors, photographers, influencers, and external partners to execute strategy effectively.

Cross-Functional Advisory & Multi-Location Coordination

  • Serve as an internal subject matter resource to club leadership regarding social positioning, messaging, and event promotion.
  • Determine which club initiatives receive social support and prioritize based on strategic impact.
  • Balance competing priorities across multiple locations and marketing initiatives.
  • Provide guidance or training to team members and stakeholders on social media best practices.
  • Participate in planning meetings and cross-functional discussions impacting brand growth and revenue.
