Job description

Our Regional Director is looking for a motivated, positive, Clinic Managers or Staff Physical Therapist who is interested in treating a variety of post-operative and non-operative diagnoses in our facility.
This group has a musculoskeletal focused healthcare system in three hospitals, one surgery center, seven therapy locations, three freestanding imaging centers, and more than 35 clinic locations. Our 30+ orthopedic physicians see patients across 25 counties and are actively involved in the communities we serve. This client leverages this model by creating a one-stop-shop for our patients experiencing musculoskeletal issues.
The Therapy team provides coverage for seven free-standing outpatient therapy locations and one hospital. Across all therapy sites, we have 33 PTs and PTAs and 10 OTs. Our therapy team collaborates closely with physicians and outside referring physicians to develop appropriate treatment plans for each patient. This Therapy group support and focus on professional growth and education which includes monthly in-services and a generous CEU program that ensures clinical excellence. Our model allows for constant communication between our therapy team, our physicians, and our patients contributing to the best quality of care.
This position would be responsible for following established plans of care and treatment of an outpatient, sports med/orthopedic caseload. This location enjoys a very energetic sports medicine/orthopedic environment with PTs, PTAs, OTs, and support staff. Enjoy a close working relationship with specialty orthopedists and physician assistants.

Job Requirements
Responsible for working in collaboration with an existing team of outstanding PTs, PTAs, OTs, and support staff.
Follow and progress treatment plans in collaboration with, PTs, physicians, and other clinicians.
Responsible for follow-through of regular communication with staff and management.
