Location: Buffalo, West Virginia (5 Days onsite)

Job Overview:
The L3 Support Tech Deskside role involves providing advanced technical support to end-users, troubleshooting complex hardware and software issues, and ensuring seamless IT operations. The ideal candidate will have strong problem-solving skills, excellent communication abilities, and a deep understanding of IT systems and tools.
Responsibilities:
  • Provide Level 3 technical support for hardware, software, and network-related issues.
  • Diagnose and resolve complex technical problems in a timely manner.
  • Collaborate with other IT teams to ensure efficient resolution of escalated issues.
  • Maintain and update documentation for troubleshooting procedures and solutions.
  • Assist in the deployment and configuration of new hardware and software.
