This position requires a hands-on approach as you will be working onsite in the comfort of our patients' homes. • Conduct detailed evaluations of patients' physical capabilities and limitations.
• Develop and implement personalized treatment plans that include a range of therapeutic techniques such as exercise regimens, hands-on therapy, and equipment utilization.
• Utilize evidence-based practices to monitor and assess patients' progress, modifying treatment plans as necessary to achieve optimal outcomes.
• Document all treatment sessions including patient responses and progress, ensuring compliance with legal and professional standards.
• Educate patients, their caregivers, and families on therapy methods, assistive devices, and rehabilitation processes to facilitate independence and self-management.
• Provide professional mentorship and support to new graduates, enhancing their skillset while also contributing to a positive work culture.
• Engage in continuous professional development through workshops, training sessions, and networking opportunities, ensuring that your skills remain at the forefront of the industry.

Your expertise as a Physical Therapist will cater to a varied patient demographic, encompassing individuals recovering from orthopedic issues, neurological conditions, and post-operative needs. You'll work closely with patients and their families, crafting tailored recovery strategies that not only address physical rehabilitation but also incorporate emotional and psychological support, promoting holistic healing.

• Bachelor's Degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited institution.
• Active state license in Physical Therapy, ensuring compliance with professional regulations.
• Exceptional verbal and written communication abilities, facilitating effective interactions with patients, families, and colleagues.
• Proficiency in using technology for patient documentation and treatment planning.
• Ability to work independently and adapt to varying patient needs in home care settings.

• While prior work experience in physical therapy is not required, any relevant internships or clinical rotations will be advantageous.
• Familiarity with assistive devices and home care therapy modalities will help enhance patient care.

The salary for this role ranges from USD 100,000 to 120,000 annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications. In addition, we offer a comprehensive benefits package that includes:
