• Conduct comprehensive intake assessments to understand client backgrounds, behavioral patterns, and treatment needs.
• Design personalized treatment plans based on clinical assessments, ensuring that interventions are appropriate and achievable.
• Provide ongoing therapeutic support through talk therapy sessions, facilitating discussions that encourage self-exploration and emotional healing.

The clients you will serve come from diverse backgrounds and may experience a wide range of mental health challenges including anxiety, depression, trauma, and relationship issues. You will work closely with clients to set realistic and actionable goals as part of their therapeutic journey.

• A Master’s degree in Counseling, Social Work, Psychology, or a related field.
• Current licensure as a Mental Health Counselor (LMHC) in Massachusetts.
• Demonstrated experience working in a counseling or therapeutic setting with a track record of successful client outcomes.
• Strong verbal communication skills with the ability to convey empathy and support through both virtual and in-person formats.

Inner Growth Psychotherapy Services offers a competitive salary in the range of USD 70,000 to 100,000 annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
