This role is fully remote, allowing our Licensed Clinical Social Workers to work flexibly while addressing the needs of our clients via telehealth services. You will have access to advanced telecommunication technologies and clinical support tools to facilitate seamless interaction and therapy sessions. Our team collaborates virtually, maintaining a strong sense of community through regular meetings and case discussions.

• Conduct comprehensive initial assessments to identify the strengths, challenges, and needs of each client, ensuring thorough documentation of the intake process.
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans based on specific therapeutic modalities tailored to the client’s unique circumstances.
• Utilize various psychological interventions, including cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), motivational interviewing, and solution-focused techniques to assist clients in reaching their personal objectives.
• Provide both individual and group therapy sessions, fostering a safe space for clients to express their feelings and experiences.
• Deliver vocational and family counseling as well as life coaching to support clients in achieving holistic wellbeing.
• Collaborate with community resources and referral services to enhance care coordination and ensure clients have access to additional support as needed.

As a clinician at Your HealthCare Psychotherapy Clinic, you will work with clients dealing with anxiety, depression, trauma, and social adjustment issues. You will also have the opportunity to conduct therapeutic interventions for families and groups, addressing systemic issues that affect mental health.

• A Master’s degree in Social Work from an accredited program.
• Current license as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) in Pennsylvania.
• A minimum of 2 years of direct experience in a clinical setting, providing counseling and therapeutic interventions.

• Experience with electronic health record (EHR) systems for efficient documentation and client management.
• Previous training or coursework in trauma-informed care, family systems therapy, or group dynamics.
• Demonstrated ability to implement creative, evidence-based interventions tailored to client needs.

The position offers a competitive salary ranging from USD 90,000 to 100,000 annually, reflecting your experience and contributions to the clinic.
