Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct comprehensive assessments and develop individualized treatment plans that address pre-crisis situations and ongoing mental health needs.
  • Utilize evidence-based screening tools and methodologies as indicated by the clinical team to inform client care.
  • Provide timely and accurate documentation in accordance with regulatory standards, ensuring compliance and quality assurance.
  • Collaborate with multi-disciplinary teams to create and implement effective positive behavior support plans tailored to specific client needs.
  • Act as a liaison with various service systems, state agencies, and community partners, cultivating relationships to enhance client support.
  • Engage actively in licensing and accreditation processes, contributing to the clinic's continual improvement and service excellence.
  • Foster open lines of communication with team members and clients to ensure alignment with the strategic goals of Modern Psychotherapy.
  • Participate in professional development opportunities such as conferences, workshops, and state meetings to enhance expertise in the mental health field.
  • Embody and promote the mission, values, and philosophy of Modern Psychotherapy throughout all interactions.
  • Complete other duties as assigned by the Clinic Director, contributing to the ongoing success of our programs.
Patient Population / Client Focus

This role will encompass a diverse client base, including individuals dealing with emotional distress, substance use challenges, and developmental disabilities. As an LMHC at Modern Psychotherapy, you will be instrumental in shaping therapeutic experiences that address the unique needs of each patient. Your expertise will guide clients toward paths of recovery and personal growth.

Qualifications
  • A Masterโ€™s Degree in mental health or a related field is required.
  • An active and independent LMHC license is essential.
Preferred Experience

While all qualified candidates are encouraged to apply, preference will be given to those with prior experience in community health settings, knowledge of evidence-based practices, and familiarity with trauma-informed care approaches. Compensation and Benefits

The salary range for this role is between USD 70,000 and 100,000 annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications. In addition, we offer:
