SummaryThis position is based within IQuESt (Center for Innovations in Quality, Effectiveness and Safety), the largest health systems research center in the Southwest, dedicated to improving patient outcomes through high-quality, patient-centered research. We are seeking a full-time (40 hours/week) faculty member at the Assistant or Associate Professor level.
The successful candidate will hold a doctoral degree and possess strong expertise in quantitative research methods and analytics. An established record of scholarly activity is required. The role involves contributing to the design, execution, analysis, evaluation, and dissemination of health services and outcomes research.
Candidates must be highly motivated, detail-oriented, and able to work independently while meeting deadlines with minimal supervision. The ability to learn new methodologies, tools, and adapt to evolving research priorities is essential.
This role serves as a key faculty position providing methodological leadership, supporting grant development, conducting advanced analyses, and contributing to the institution's mission through research, mentorship, and service.
